Pastor Rod Tenorio was born in the Philippines. In 1977 he completed his Bachelor of Science in Commerce. He worked for seven years in the Philippines and another four in Saudi Arabia. In 1988 he moved to Montreal and on November 4th his wife, Bernie, introduced him to Snowdon. Both became very active in the church especially in the Filipino Fellowship. In 1990 he joined the deacons' board and in February 1997 the church voted for him to be a pastor in training.  In 2004, he graduated from Moody Bible Institute of Chicago, USA and was ordained in August of the same year.  His special areas of focus are Pioneer Clubs, Christian Education, Filipino Fellowship, preaching and evangelism.

Rev. Steve Mills became the Senior Pastor at Snowdon Baptist Church in March 2010.  He was born in Oshawa, Ontario and he holds degrees from the University of Toronto and Dallas Seminary.  Pastor Steve and his wife Annette, have been married for 33 years and have four adult sons and two grandchildren.  He has a passion for the preaching and teaching of the Bible and a genuine love for people.
